Illu Dad peru meeda undi anuko..... valla abbai/wife ade intlo veru kapuram lo untunnaru....or 4 families rent ki untunnai... so from that house number..there will be only one property Tax payee...the Dad/Owner... and rest of 4 families will not pay Property tax......but need to be registered by GHMC..right... alanti list cut down seyyal..

NO,you may be wrong Actually during survey they have been asking to show records of the house/property tax docs/info..Most of new constructions (apts) are not paying tax or may have not yet started to pay tax for many reasons..one of them is because some ares in outskirts have recently been merged into GHMC and there are no records about such properties with GHMC
