timmy Posted August 20, 2014 Report Posted August 20, 2014 An altercation happened between YSR Congress president Jaganmohan Reddy and Andhra Pradesh minister for irrigation, Devineni Umamaheshwara Rao, in the assembly today. While the minister was giving replies to the questions on irrigation ministry, Jagan raised objections on behalf of his party's MLA Rajanna Dora. He alleged that the minister had not replied for the supplementary questions. The speaker of assembly, Kodela Sivaprasada Rao pacified him.

timmy Posted August 20, 2014 Author Report Posted August 20, 2014 AP Finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu has given a nick-name to Opposition leader and YSRCP president YS Jaganmohna Reddy. At a meeting of ministers with CM Chandrababu, ministers discussed Jagan's comments in the Assembly when he said: "If you can prove that Rs. 1 lakh crore was swindled by me, give ten percent of that money to me and take control of my assets". Yanamala suggested that since most of the ministers believe that Jagan did indulge in corruption and used to take 10 percent as bribe, he can be called "Mr. 10 percent".
