F1 Docs Submission Doubt

Hi,

I m applying for change of status from H4 to f1.
earlier we used to post the documents, should we do the same thing now or
can we do it online.
I-539 can be done online, what about supporting documents. can we upload online or should we post them.

U can do everything online in USCIS ELIS. You don't need to post a single doc. It's pretty convenient. If you have any questions let me know I did it online for my wife.
