Koncham mundu construction undey and speed was 55 and I was going on same speed Police vadu bike meda undey and he gave me ticket. I pleaded him this is my first time ani I don't have any tickets ani.. vadu sare ani he mentioned on ticket that I was going on 65 on 55 speed road.. My question is Fine pay chestey history lo emi ayina untadi aa.. or else court date roju velli Can I ask them I will pay extra can you remove it from my driving history ani.. Please guide.. Bhayya fine pay chese mundu, oka form istaaru andulo "COURT SUPERVISION" ani option tick cheyi..... if you dont get the same type ticket in 3 months then it will be waived from your history...

chary Posted August 20, 2014 Report Posted August 20, 2014 the rules vary from state to state. you have an option of avoiding points after paying fine taking defense driving. which only helps to reduce the ins. if u have points or not, the speeding ticket will be there on your driving history, at least for 3 years. check on your local DMV/DPS sites.
