Jagan Gets A Shock From Enforcement Directorate

Hyderabad: Ok, this is some really nasty punch by ED to YSRCP Chief Jaganmohan Reddy. The special anti-money laundering court in Delhi attached Rs 863 crores worth of assets belonging to YS Jaganmohan Reddy and his partenr in crime Nimmagadda Prasad. The special court supported attachment of assets of Jagan and Nimmagadda earlier by the ED. 

The ED filed a criminal case against Jaganmohan Reddy and Nimmagadda in 2012 alleging ‘quid pro quo’ wherein huge amounts of illegal money was exchanged favoring Jagan’s companies father with the help of the then Chief Minister Dr YS Rajashekhar Reddy. 

ED emphasized that the companies owned by entrepreneur Nimmagadda Prasad got hugely favored by the former CM in the Vaderevu and Nizampatnam Industrial Corridor (VANPIC). And as a token of gratitude Nimmagadda invested hugely into Jagan's companies. Courtesy court order ED will take the possession of the aforesaid 863 crores worth of assets
