H1 3 years approve ayyaka...couple of months lo client change ayi amendment cheyinchukunte ...emana revoke ayye chances untaya.. becuz client letter lo 3 years project ani petta.. so emina query esthada? 3 years ani cheppi ventane inko project move ayyav ala emina on those lines????

sorry to hear about ur h1b but i wish eveyrthing will be fine .....

 

Nenu kuda allane apply chesanu but one is prime vendor and one is current employer for the same client....and current employer dhi pick aiendhi but client letter lo eni years proj  mention chesi ledhu so based on prime vendor letter (with whom i applied 2nd h1b)  i got h1b for 1 and half year , naku kuda ila aye chance undhi antavaa...I told my vendor tat i want to go with my current employer and told him to wait to see it will be approved or not ...its approved one month back and  i dont know if my vendor sent  a letter to withdraw or not also...what are my changes....nenu kuda same prob face chestaanu antaaraa ? or 2nd application petindhi prime vendor ey kabati it will be fine aa ? please suggest frds

same client pedthe kastam..at one point nu withdraw chesukunte same prob vasthadhi..employee rights evariki unnai ani same project lo..

employer ki teliadhu ...vendor ki teusu but prob undadhu prime vendor aithe but vere employer aithene prob ani chepaadu so andhuke apply chesanu tat too nenu MS cap lo kaadhu regular cap so 1 application aithe chances takuva , rendu apply cheyali ani vendor dhi kuda  prefer chesa :(
