Ma friend current situation, Koncham experts plz help

 

OPT Extension Ended: “JULY 2nd 2014". 

Currently on 60 days grace period which also ends on "AUGUST 30th 2014"(10 days left).  

 

He graduated from this univ only. Applied for 2nd masters, because h1b pick avaledhu. He received I20, also paid fees and enrolled for classes.

But ITU vallu saying will update his SEVIS record on "SEPTEMBER 19th 2014" after orientation. 

 

So my questions are:

 

" "SEPTEMBER 19th 2014" ki "JULY 2nd 2014" ki madya gap lo 79 days unnaye. 60 days grace period I think is legal. Mari e 19 days gap lo "OUT OF STATUS " avuthada?
