Please Help ... Ds 160 Question

Hi All, 

 

I am filling DS 160 to go to visa stamping. In temporary work visa information section there are 2 questions 

 

 

where do you intend to work  

  1) name of employer ?

  2) us street address ? 

   

in the address section should i mention my employer address or client address ?  

 

In my LCA place of employment is mentioned as my client address

 

Please suggest me

if you are FT employee then its your employer address, if you work at a client location then its client address.
