H4 Visa Stamping Doubt

Bhayya wife ki H4 apply chesthuna Visa stamping ki vellali sep 8th naa case yenti ante ( I am in US she is in India)

 

naa H1 1 year approve ayindi last year so it expires 09/30/2014, extention approve ayindi start date 10/01/2014.

 

ippudu naa wife ds160 lo naa current petition number petala, leka new number aa?

 

as she is going for stamping in September and she will be flying in october. if I use old EAC number she might get visa till 09/30/2014 kada and new number pedutham ante adi inka start avaledu. Please suggest what to do?

new petition number a pettu...but make sure to send her your old petition copy also... In case if VO asks she can show them..its gonna expire and new one idhi ani chepthe..no problem...or else old petition pedthe VO might think inka 1 month validity a undhiii extension apply chesaaraaa ani...appudu new petition choopisthe sare..either case works... I prefer new petition

september is fine anukunta bhayya... manam H1B stamping ki vellinappudu.... kotha petition start avvakunna... daani meede eltham kada.... stamping ki... so i think it's the same.. but ltt for experts..
