Dude, you are taking just couple of movies from Shankar and talking about the message. Which movies had proper message other than Gentleman, Indian, Aparichitudu? Mani Ratnam made more movies with message.

Shankar is like Zack Snyder, gives preference to action and graphics. Mani Ratnam is like Nolan, gives preference to story and characters.
