visa issues Passport - Visa Stamping Doubt

recently my extension approved till 2017 Jan

My current passport valid upto 2016 feb

 

as i am currently in India , 

 

1. Is it better to renew the passport and go for visa stamping 

 

or

 

2. Better to first get US visa stampped and later renew the passport

getting a new passport doesnt create issue for visa stamping ! because uscis database tracks new passport ur trying to use , so its just a new log in the system

You can not renew your passport now. Max 1 yr lo expire avuthundanaga renew chesukovachu

You can not renew passport 2015.

If you are unlucky your visa will be stamped till the date of your passport expiry !

But in most cases your visa validity will not have any effect on passport validity /expiry date..just renew your passport later and your visa still remains valid as your old passport says cancelled and extended  or in your  passport will have old passport info !

If you don't find any info about it ,just visit nearest embassy and make an endorsement in old passport that your passport has been extended with new passport number
