Seems before or after labor day there might be an announcement according to various news floating around.High hopes on H4 EAD, but any announcement on recapturing un used visa and eliminating dependent count will be a big relief and all immigration issue will be resolved.Either one (recapture or Eliminating dependents counts) goes through ,all employment based immigrant priority dates will be current and this will nullify H4 EAD need.
