The Telangana Government is going to recommend PV Narasimha Rao 's name for prestigious award Bharat Ratna and the Government also celebrated the birth anniversary of PV Narsimha Rao officially recently . The Telangana Government is doing the home work on official formalities to represent PV for Bharat Ratna .
