I have a job in hand now, I am wrkng fr new client, but this one is very small project 3-5 weeks; Hardly 1 more month. And, Sept Month end ki H1 ayipothundi..

And, Sept Month end ki H1 ayipothundi.. prem cheyinchu right away..file lca which takes 1 week...make sure this client/vendor will give all the required letters...file in prem..2 weeks lo results ostundi if you are lucky enough.

dotnetrockz Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 ninnu disappoint cheyyalani kadhu....idhe case 2 times ayyindhi oasari naku inkosari maa frnd ki naa case lo nenu malli apply chesa since i still had about 35 days left on my opt.....found a new proj and applied(shani gadu nannu ela center chesadu ante ee sari kuda proj ayipoyindhi but naku rfe padakunda ne approval vachindhi) 2nd dhi maa frnd vadidhi h1b extension ....rfe paddaka proj ayipoyindhi ayina kaani valla emp support chesadu he submitted old client docs..and he got approval... bottomline......nyayavadhi ki chepthe asalu oppukodhu..mee emp tackle cheyyali....he can do the needfull to get ur approval....

Ippudu em cheyyali..Rfe question lo Proj expiry date adigadu..baboii pichi lestundi..plzz hlp... I-140 is also in process.
