Andhra Pradesh: A four-year-old boy was killed by his neighbour at Alur in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. The accused killed the boy hitting him on the temple, in a fit of anger, with his hand as the boy was urinating in front of the accused house.

Kurnool district police has booked a case under section 304 of Indian Penal Code Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

According to Alur police the deceased was identified M Vinod, son of Gangadhar, and resident of Pedda Hothur of Alur Mandal in Kurnool district.

The investigating officials said that the incident took place at 6:00 am.

“The accused Chinna Tippanna found the boy urinating in front of his house. Angered by this he hit him hard on the temple. The boy fell unconscious. When he was shifted to hospital he was declared brought dead. The accused is absconding. We are on look out for him,” he said.
