Same situation, GC process cheyinchu kundham anukuntunna employer tho, Oct 14 lo H1 start avthundi, Oct 2012 nunchi continuous job kooduthuna ippativaraku OPT lo, went India on OPT on Aug 13, came back on Oct 13 end, started working from Jan 14 to till date.

 

Any suggestions?, appudu initiate chesthe better?

ho sorry nee post malla chadivaa mundhu inko master undhaa then fine unna letters tho genuine vi petteysi apply cheyu GC EB2 loney no issues

GC with MS ..   any advice ? Resume pakka genuine ga 3t0 months a experience undhiii...but ikkada 5yrs ani petti manage chesaaaa ....   PERM process apppudu mana resssuuummmee lo edhi pettali...coz exprnce letter aduguthaaaru kadha.... appudu manaki not possible to get 5yrs...lekapothe reessuummmee lo only 30 months ani I mean real with all supporting docs a pettalaaa ?  If attorney 5+ undaaali coz job requirement 5+ ante ela ?

I agree with u bhayya....  Nuvvu cheppindhi correct a....  May be nenu ikkade undipothaanu emo bhayyaa cheppalemuuu... future thelisi unte nenu correct ga cheppevaaadini.... As of now GC apply chesi tensions lekundaaa undhaaam ani thinking... GC next step citizenship....  naaku thelisinaaa chaala ppl GC thi aaagipoyaaaaru citizenship theesukoledhuuu... coz eppatikaina vellipovaataaaniki easy untundhii kadha ikkkada ela untundhooo india lo ela untundhooo ane confusion tho emi cheyyalekhaaaa life gadipesthunnnaruu andhaaaru....

But naa current job 5+ yrs ani cheppi  F2F crack chesaaaa... BG check manage chesaa....ipppudu 30 months ani attornry ki thelisthe kampu kampu chesthadhi ani scared..Coz attorney HR ni contact avthundhii for naa current job requirement, roles and responsibilities LCA apply cheyyadaaniki  ..andhulo maaa HR 5+ yrs required ani pakka untundhiiii... so eeee situation ela maa attorney tho deal seyyalo ardham kavatledhuu

ala em ledu dude..na time lo 2009 motham recession no jobs until Sep' 1st OPT antha benche...na GC 140 approved..opt antha nenu consultancy petta resume lo...migthadi experince.
