help me Program Change Doubt (Mba To Ms)

Hi Guys,

 

Hope everyone had a good long weekend. 

 

I have a doubt regarding program change from MBA to MS.

 

My brother applied for a college here(USA) and got admission into MBA program for 2015 spring.

 

If he got visa on MBA program, can he change the program from MBA to MS(Masters) after coming here(USA) on the visa issued ??

 

Please advise if anyone is aware of this.
