I140 To File, Perm Approved And Change Of Employer.suggest..please

This is exactly what happened to my case. My lawyer filed an I-140 Successor In Interest before filing for my I-485. Once they got its receipt, they included it with the I-485 filing. Apparently they will not process my I-485 until they approve my I-140 SII. It's never been easy for me. There is always something that makes things more difficult and slow. Now I'm waiting for my fingerprinting notice that seems to be taking longer than for other people.

simple man..

Company B, company A ki unna accounts, debts, liabilities, properties, contracts avanni teseskoni...nothing exists on company A's name  ilanti situation merger jargite...

ur approved PERM is valid...  and 1400 file chesetappudu merger ki sambandhinchina proofs and documents submit cheyali....

or else...refile the PERM..  with B.

If your company A is merging with company B which means they will still continue to operate on different federal tax IDs, though the owner will be the same. I hope this is the case, then ur PERM is valid and can continue with 140. if they do not want to continue that federal tax number then your PERM is of no use, also your company might need to file h1 amendment.

Bottom line neeku simple cheppali antee if they are filing H1b amendment for you then nee PERM malli apply cheyalli. I'm 100% sure but better check with ur attorney. I have been through this phase.

Under PERM, no amendment, modification or correction to a PERM application (ETA Form 9089) is permitted. Merger and acquisition may potentially invalidate a pending or approved PERM application
