By producing a 7.83 Hz pulse(Earth's frequency) with a field generator (Schumann device), which counters the effects of the irritating man-made fields in outer space.These generators were also kept by NASA in Apollo space crafts. 7.83 HZ or the ALPHA frequency is the gateway that leads into deeper states of consciousness.
