H1B approved, he wants to go to stamping as soon as possible this month, say for instance september 24th ki visa approve aithe, vaadu 26th ki ala return raavoccha with his new H1B visa??  I dont think so, cuz H1B valid ayyedi Oct 1st tarvata nundi kada, so after Oct 1st eh vaadu H1B meeda US ki raagaluguthada, or even before Oct 1st raavoccha?

 

  In the other words say 24th september ki visa approve aithe, september 24th nundi visa issue chestada or Oct 1st nundi issue chestada?
