looking for 14 inch  gaming laptop with i7 processor... weight  limit 5 lb

 

or else 

 

standard working laptop ... 14 inch (not air or micro slim) some where between ultra book to 5 lb weight.

If you are willing to look at non-traditional options, you could build a great gaming rig (14") with all the fancy features Provided you are an enthusiast and have enough time to invest in building in your laptop.

What i mean to say is go for an assembled laptop - barebones available from several vendors with the models like - schenker xmg p304, msi 1492 etc.

 

I recently built my gaming rig on a 14" and bought SSD & RAM from amazon, OS & Ofice13 from torrntsz. U could pick and choose what screen you want, qhd/full hd/hd, graphics card, choice of heat sink,thermal conductivity, RAID, optical drive etc...
