ILAQAT_MUFLIYA Posted September 8, 2014 Report Posted September 8, 2014 he completed more than 180 days since his i140 approval. enirojulu i140 cancel cheiyakunada aapali. change avutha anagane cancel chestha antadu vaadu, last year ee vaadu indirect ga hint ehada if you change employer i need to cancel your i140 ani. Changing employer after 140 does not need a wait period of 180 days. He can change the employer any time, however some of the companies ask for I140 approval copy. I140 is an employer's document and they do not share it with the employees. Even though if employer revokes the approved I140, you can still port the priority date. Priority date cannot be revoked. But if the employee h1 6 year tenure is almost used then if I140 is revoked by the employer during the H1b transfer, then the h1b transfer may be approved for the remaining 6 year tenure. masteru...meeku deeniki source undha? or meere ee situation face chesara?plz mana db vasulu ee statement ki source kosam tindi manesi maree edhuru chusthunnaru...hope u have a source to justify this? I thought your 485 was also applied. Lekapothe you can change jobs at any time post your I140 approval.. nee pd will be retained even if your employer revoked I140. However the revocation is not fraud and misinterpretation. GP..

massmaharaj Posted September 8, 2014 Report Posted September 8, 2014 1st option : ask the employer 1st employer for not to revoke or cancel , upfront pay some money 2nd option : check the roles and responsbilityes in your approved and check with the fte jobs responsibilites , go for fte ( have your i140 approved copy) 3rd option : Check your fte job applies gc without going to fte , if they do do that and convert once perm is approved you can change
