Looking For Message Broker/mq/commerce Training

hello bro's....currently i'm working on websphere(WAS) and i'm trying to switch to new job from past 4months, but no luck on WAS...i'm thinking to learn Message broker/MQ/commerce(not all at once :)) which might add weight  to my resume....please PM me if anyone can give training on these modules.
