TG people are not like UP people, believe me. Amit Sha emi penchaledu. And about UP, the BJP has the very strong cadre from 90's. The only reason they haven't performed well in past few years is that they never participated in any Panchayathi elections. More over, due the cast calculations, there was massive loss for BJP. But this time, before the elections, BJP participated in every small election, regrouged the cadre and engineered the religious conflicts to its advantage, first time voters who are interested in Modi. These are all factors. Tell me, one good factor that favors BJP in TG. The religious conflicts that are engineered in UP has completely different dimensions. They instigated between the Jats and the Muslims. traditionally Jats never voted for BJP earlier, they used to vote for RJD of Ajith Singh. This time, Amith Sha played very well to get the cast+religion votes. Comparing TG and UP? No way.
