Canada Tourist Visa-Passport Sent To New York Consulate Instead Of Vac

I sent passport to Canadian consulate address - 1251 ave of americas , new york (which was old address before march 2014) and forgot to sent 34 $ VAC cheque . 

 

 

Did this kind of situation happened to anyone? whats next to do ?
