Need Suggestion On Applications That Have Drawbacks

Hi,

 

I m working few projects where i need to build some requirement documentations.
Need some suggestions/thoughts.
I need to know any of the existing application which have drawbacks and what are future requirements.

For excample:

 

1) Apple maps
   => Drawbacks like , inaccurate directions,In efficient and in effective rerouting directions
      cant Save frequent destinations and create categories, No Access to addresses saved in Contacts.

 

Can you guess some applications which have drawbacks....
