phani41 Posted September 11, 2014 Report Posted September 11, 2014 Going to Calgary next week for stamping, employer-client model, from the past four years same client and same employer and have all docs. But, I just realized that there was a typo in my employer's name on my current I-797A. The alphabet V was typed as C as they both are next to each other on the keyboard. LCA and I-129 has the correct name and I also have two more previous H1s with the same employer and same client where the name of the employer was correct. So I had a discussion with my employer's attorney and he said that it will not be an issue and said that they will not alone look at the name as there are other references like employers address, receipt number, everifiation number, w2s, pay stubs, purchase order, client letter, LCA, I-129, previous h1s where my employer's name was correctly spelled. So, can I proceed with the interview? any suggestions or help is highly appreciated.
