Bro, sq yard * no of sq yards/acre veyaru acre rate ki.....oka acre koni andulo roads vesi plots vestaru and plots sq yard la kontaru...it is not other way...

bro it depends on ur plan ....layout veyyali anukunetodu ala vesthadu .. commercial complex / multiplex kattukunetodu alaa layouts veyyadu kada..... suppose a guy wants to construct a five star hotel appudu vaadu obviously acres lo ne konukkuntadu kada land ... i dint understand ur logic bro ..

Hello mastaru vadu he took a prime area and told the correct rates .. Even before state division it 75 k per sq yard .. There is not a single acre available let alone 200 sq yards
.. In out skirts of Guntur. U can still get a sq yard starting at 15 k per sq yard if you are talking in terms of setting up small scale industries

 

before state division antey ey year lo bro ...75k/sqyd guntur lo asala ey area lo undi b4 division ?... 2012 lo kuda vijayawada lo prime commercial area lo 50-60k/sqyd undedi and sai baba temple back side area lo abt 35k/sqyd undedi( prime housing locality ) .. prices got shotup drastically after the state divided...vinevaallu untey asala enni aina cheptharu maastaru meeru .....

bayya article lo they spoke about Arundelpet & brodilpet ..and you started calculating 1 lakh into 4800 sq yards (acre).. first off all aa areas lo there is no land.. its already occupied commercially..apartment,schools,houses etc a very very very well devloped.. in these areas ppl speak only in terms of 200 sq yrds.. none can imagine beyond owing 500 yrds in those places.. my grand pa owns a house in Brodilpet 3rd line near sankar vilas... there was land up for sale in 2013 .. we enquired to see if we can buy it.. the land sold for 75000 rs per sq yard....that is the min price you get for.. seems like you have no idea about brodilpet and arundel pet prime areas..... some big shots buy it... as elsewhere they would have sold someother properties... valla investment and profit lekkalu vere ga untai.. many have inherited properties from prev generations in those areas..so for  them profit is what they get in business...they dont look into how much their great grand father invested... very rarely one can spare to buy one

speak abt acres of land in outskirts not in prime areas.. those prices are very valid..
