It is revealed that a company that broke the rules and regulations and resorted to utter violations is given a contract by civil aviation ministry . The vigilance report revealed that the company showed in the video which belongs to Appa Rao has resorted to cheating and fraud through dubious sales , underrated sales and thereby created huge loss to the Airports Authority of India - AAI . The vigilance has even asked for the cancellation of the license of the company . The Governments have changed and with in two months the NDA came to power the company 's license is renewed for another two months and it seems that corruption has no difference between the UPA or NDA. Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju who is the Union Civil Aviation Minister refused to respond on this extension of renewal of a corrupt company . The senior officials and bureaucrats in the Ministry are shocked with this development .
