Bhayya.. Eee USA lo .... Sudden deaths ayye candidates acount lo unna money ni family ki istaraaa ?
Ledaa manam adi arrange chesukovalaaa.. If we open an account wt the banks ?

Bcoz i dont remember if my self or my bank does it .. Maname chesukovali ante... Adhi cheddam ani ...

Picchi doubt Ani LTT ani cheppakandi plse....roju roju ki .. News chusaka .. Okkasari naaku nenu question vesukunnaaa...help help ..

As per the Federal Rule....ivvaru...straight away..

 

there are two possibilities..

 

1) Always assign a beneficiary to ur bank account, or make the accoutn Joint with ur Spouse.....appudu in case Deadth of either one, money will go to other person..

 

2) ala cheyalni paristiti lo...u need to approach a lawyer after deadth of the other person..and prove all the relations etc...and then u will get the money..this will involve all the lawyer fee etc...avanni poyaka chetiki migledi bisket...coz it will cost somewhere around 5k$ overall....

 

 

 

so better add ur betterhalves to ur accounts....

I checked with bofa people regards to the situation.

 

they told that they would give to our relatives when they go in person and show that we are dead and so.......

not sure if they changed it....
