upendra_super Posted September 12, 2014 Report Posted September 12, 2014 it depends on the plan u r in 1. if u r in mobile share plan with less than 10GB plan (i.e. upto 6GB) ATT 2 yr contract is best for example: for 6GB plan 80$ data which will be shared. but for line if it is ATT next it will be 25$ per month or if it is 2-yr contract it will 40$ per month. so if contract we pay 15*24 = 360$ extra + down payment(199 or 299)+40$activation = 620 or 730 (including tax) but if u pay with ATT next full price of the phone 649+tax or 749+tax in 24 monthly instalments. and there is a possibility to waive activation fee and get phone at a cheaper price in walmart (179 or 229) and walmart gift card too. 2. if u r in a mobile share plan with 10GB or more ATT next is best for example: for 10GB plan 100$ data which will be shared. but for line if it is ATT next it will be 15$ per month or 40$ per month for 2-Yr contract. So if contract we pay 25*24 = 600 + downpayment (199 or 299) + 40$(activation) it might be 860 or 970 (including taxes) extra if ATT next it would be only 649 or 749 plus taxes. So ATT next is best. 3. If u r in family plan ( which they are not offering for now only old members) ATT 2-yr contract is only best as always.

' good .... i have a question ........ i have the mobile share plan ,,, and i think for each line we are paying some $15 for just phone service , 100 for data plan as few of us have att next (so based on 20 or more months installament amount) and few of us using old phones ... so once we are done with att nex payments for phone do we need to be in att next plan again and take new phone to have the $15 for just phone service or does it go up ... if we remain to use same phones instead of taking any upgrade options ?

ATT next phone with EMI 2. any phone which is active in ATT contracts before february 2nd 2014 3. any unlocked phone since after u are done with ATT next payments u device will be unlocked device.

complete_faking Posted September 12, 2014 Report Posted September 12, 2014 bokkalodi first plan e bagunde.. waste ga sharing lo ki vacha... appudu $60 kaduthunde now $45.. but they used to give me upgrade every year and sometimes in 6months...
porsche911 Posted September 12, 2014 Report Posted September 12, 2014 i have couple of phones lying around after two 2-yr contracts..... i know i paid too much for them already.... so i thought of a plan to avoid that.... end of the 2-year contract you get to keep the device... for that you have to 1) wait for 2 yrs for upgrade 2) pay $200 + 24 months EMIs instead in Next, 1) get a new phone every year (but trade-in) 2) just pay for 12 or 18 months if you really want keep your phone? 'lose' your phone using the insurance after 1st month (after that remove the insurance itself) ;)
