oka doubt vachindi....

 

if the candidate having SSN  is starting his/her H1B from Oct1st and if he gets an job now and needs to join say in a week (sep 3rd) week 

 

then do we have any options ?

 

1) is it legal to start working a week ahead of oct1st ? what are the implications ?

2) anyway we can manage the client ?

payroll Oct 1st nunchi start ayyela chuskunte chalta..

 

kaani check cheste..client deggara workpermit adigite matram...they will not allow..

Naadi Kuda same situation unde...... Opt starting date Kante 1 week mundu join ayya....... Aa one week pay check run cheyakunda.... Advance laga ivvamannanu na employer ni.....

Important thing endi ante employer ni join date opt starting date pettamanu..... Lekapote extn. And H1 ki problem avuddi
