State itself will not have any impact as there not many SA settlers in major part of TG other than HYD. Ade SA lo its different your KG from "Vijayawada nd Guntur" as parmQ bro earlier said is very majorly effecting your growth and people are already not liking how things are happening there..adi meru address chesesnthavaraku.. I dont see a new cosmopolitan capital emerging from SA in near future..
