Pros:
Big screen
Better battery life
better pixels > 400
much easy to watch videos or read pdfs
you don't need another tablet

cons:
Size
you can't keep it in pocket while driving
very hard to carry if you wanna speak for long time unless you use ear phone or blue tooth
