Tollywood Prince Mahesh Babu, Tamanna starrer much hyped film “Aagadu” directed by Srinu Vaitla is getting ready for grand release on 19th Sep. The film completed its censor formalities and acquired with “U/A” certificate from censor board members.

Close sources to production unit revealed some interesting talk about this high expected film. If the grapevine is to be believed, the first half of the film is okay but the second half is not up to the mark, where audience may feel that second half of “Aagadu” will be as sequel of “Dhookudu” second half like destroying the villain’s one by one with mix of some comedy elements. Sources also added that Srinu Vaitla didn’t use Brahmanandam completely where the comedy scenes are not so hilarious. Songs are too week, except Mahesh Babu’s performance remaining all the elements are not too good. If we compare the previous films of Mahesh this would be above “1-Nenokadine” and below “Dhookudu”.

Overall this would be an below average to average film in Mahesh career, but the producers  may acquire good collections in first week of its release due to much hype and Mahesh Babu’s craze but it will be doubtful film for long run after one week. Let us wait and see how audience will receive this high expected film.

S.S. Thaman scored music for the film which is produced by Anil Sunkara, Ram Achanta, Gopi Achanta on 14 Reels Entertainment banner. Film stars Shruti Hasan in special role and features Sonu Sood, Rajendra Prasad, Brahmanandam, Napoleon, Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharan and others in prominent roles.
