be confident!! and nuuvu bhayapatnav ani vallaki asla teliyaniyaku... ani sodhi text book questions vestharuu!!! answer then in such a way that ask some thing better ani!!!

1) try to find what you know

2) try to show you what they know .....

 

first kind of interviews easy gaa nee crack chesthavu ..... I see some people falls in to first category even from CTS/wipro/infy .... 

 

second kind of people ... mostly ego or valla jobs ki problem ani alochistharu ....   nuvu chesina prathi answer ki comments istharu , why not ila ala ani .... if u desperately need job ,always add I agree with you , as per my knowledge kind of words to u r answer , each time when they comment on u r answer say U r correct (even it wrong) ... basic gaa valla ego satisfy avali ... 

 

if u r not desperate about job , ignore them otherwise confidence pothundi .... nuvvu entha kasta padda mostly interview pothayi .....

 

 naaku recent gaa jariginaa oka incident ..... he was driving the car while taking interview and interview for a simple web application developer ... after 1 hour of interview with lot of cross qustions and  sollu  , opika ga answers chesaaa .... he finally asked me do you have any questions ....

 

I told yes I have a question , actually I didn't get end client name  in requirment, I believe it is for NASA  , am I correct? ... thats it ....  call cut chesadu inka
