People of Andhra and Telangana hail him as the person who bought recognition to Telugu people at Delhi and across India. Many would cherish if any national award garland the great actor. Howver politics will see to that nothing of that sort will happen. When lesser mortals were given Dadasaheb Phalke award, had he not entered politics, he would have surely got. Recently demand for Bharat Ratna for NTR grew and many thought that AP Govt headed by TDP chief Chandra Babu will recommend NTR's name for the award. With TDP leaders demanding the same many thought it will be a mere formality. However much to the shock AP Govt didnot recommend his name. Babu recommended Murali Mohan for Padmabhushan,Galla Ramachandra Naidu for Padmasri, Bapu for Padmabhushan awards. This brings into limelight once again that Babu is against Bharat Ratna to NTR and he stalled it when previous NDA govt planned to give it. This because Babu hate NTR's wife Lakshmi Parvathi recieve the prestigious award on NTR's behalf. Fans are detesting Babu's use and throw NTR policy. ZuniorVentiyar Posted September 16, 2014 Report Posted September 16, 2014 తెలుగుదేశం ప్రభుత్వం మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి, దివంగత నేత ఎన్.టి.రామారావు పేరును భారత రత్న అవార్డుకు గాను లేఖ రాయలేదా? మీడియాలో వస్తున్న సమాచారం ప్రకారం ఎన్.టి.ఆర్.పేరు ఆంద్రప్రధేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిపాదించిన జాబితాలో లేదని అంటున్నారు.ఎన్.టి.ఆర్. పేరును భారత రత్న కు ఎంపిక చేయాలని ఎపి ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు కోరబోతున్నారని పలు పత్రికలలో కధనాలు వచ్చాయి. తెలుగుదేశం అనుకూలంగా ఉండే పత్రికలలో ఈ కధనం రాగా,తాజాగా తెలుగుదేశం కు వ్యతిరేకంగా ఉండే ఒక పత్రికలో ఈసారి ఎన్.టి.ఆర్.కు భారత రత్న ఇచ్చే అవకాశం లేదని, ఎపి ప్రభుత్వం దీనిపై లేఖ రాయలేదని తెలిపింది.ఎన్.టి.ఆర్.కు భారత రత్న ఇవ్వాలని టిడిపి మహానాడులో కూడా డిమాండ్ చేసింది. మరి ఆ ప్రకారం ఎందుకు కేంద్రానికి లేఖ రాయలేదో తెలియదు. దీనిపై వాస్తవావాస్తవాలను ప్రభుత్వం వివరిస్తే బాగుంటుంది.
