question I 140 Approved..change Employer

I have I140 approved with my employer and I am in 4th yr of H1. Inka okkasari kuda stamping avvaledu.maa employer gadu ee madhya sarigga pay cheyatledu. i140 approve ayindi veedu ekkadiki velladu le ani taken for granted tisukunnadu. Phone chesina kuda lift cheyatle. I want to change my employer and go for stamping. Can any one tell me the process for GC after my H1b gets transferred. How can i use my old priority date.Do I need approved 1140 copy from my employer.

first get ur h1 transferred to new employer.

while he files for ur GC, ask him to request the same priority date of the previous employer/ gc application.
