nenu oka company ki pani chestunna full time for the past 4 years, ithe 2 years back india vella, stamping aindhii and back vacha....india nundi vachaka same company vallu can you work as a consultant annaru, ithe vere company ki H1B transfer chesukunna and still working for the same company as consultant...oka 2 months taravata aa first company vallu malli full time icharu manchi benefits tho....maali h1b transfer first company ki.......aaa 2 months lo company was in bad shape and almost ammedam anukunnaru.....

 

Naa question enti ante...ipudu H1B extension lo undhii so india podam anukutunna ithe nenu stamping ki povala personal gaa or drop cheyacha packet...previous stamping on the same company and new H1b kuda same company....

If you are with the same company, already have a stamping and filing for a H1B extesnion from the same company nuvvu personal gaa ponakarledhu...just drop your packet in visa center and they will send you stamped visa to your address anukunta........maa friend ilane velli vachadu india.....but waiting for few other answers......pakka info telusa anii....

u might be eligible...if its same company..prev stamping is in india and for h1b....and ur visa shudnt be expired for more than a year

patha visa expired on AUG 2013, so not eligible aaa?? madhyalo katal paddaka malli H1 apply chesaru so adhii Jan 2015 ki expiring....
