His assertion of elevation of Lokesh had come at a time when the party bigwigs were clashing over the new capital. 'Lokesh is running the party while his dad Chandrababu Naidu is running the govt' he said.Pulla Rao comment came during his press conference on the achievements of his ministry during the 100 days at the J block conference room where asserted that loan waiver will be the main task of the Chandrababu Naidu govt. 'We are setting up a welfare corporation for facilitating the loan waver scheme implementation'. We wil securatise the loan waiver bonds for ten years and nothing wrong as the TDP will be in power for 20 years in the state
