..and he shoudl also get another 2000 from him

send him a certified mail with a cover letter, nenu ila so and so period lo neeku work chesaanu and my last working day is so and so.. naaku so and so date nundi pay cheyaledhu, I tried to contact hr but no response, attache dis my timesheet for this period. ani cheppi okati pampu and keep a copy of that letter and certified mail reciept copy with you. neeku pakkaga response vasthundhi..  direct ga DOL ki problem chesthey workout kaadhu endhukantey employer need not pay the final settlement as soon as you leave him, state batti he will have some time limit so vaadu easy ga thappinchukogaladu... certified mail ki response rakkapothey then you can do something like this.. this is for CA not sure about your state
