.Is the applicant renewing a visa ?

Ee question ki em answer pettali..while creating visa account for jamaica...nenu NO pettanu...

like naa intial h1b is valid till september 30th and extension starts from october 1st onwards...

So this is very 1st h1b stamping....

So answer for above question NO ...correct ee naa ?
