Just be positive and go with flow. Billing reduced by the time we are in market and we are working for 40-50 in java learning all frameworks and tech. there are lot of OPT students itself now reducing the billing of every technology. Still we have not stopped working and somehow managing. Same will be the case when H4 EAD comes. You and i cant control if it will get passed or not we can only try for job/proj.
