Superstar Mahesh Babu has set a fantastic record in USA as his 'Aagadu' film collected $1M in just two days. That is not all, Aagadu surpassed the records of Salman Khan's 'Kick' to become the highest grosser with  $5,81,000 (Through premieres). Aagadu was released on Friday and the film opened up with mixed response. However, Mahesh Babu proved his stamina at the box-office as the film collected close to 10 crores across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions. In Chennai city, Aagadu created new record among the Telugu films by collecting 31 lakhs after a tax deduction of 30 percent. Normally, if a film gets a negative talk on day one, collections will start to drop from the first show itself. However, Mahesh Babu's Aagadu stood strong throughout day one and the film became highest grosser in Superstar's career (for day 1). Producers Anil Sunkara and Ram Achanta are thrilled with this extraordinary response from the audience and they have been interacting with Superstar's fans since yesterday night through Facebook and Twitter. Trade analysts reported that the film will have a good run at the box-office throughout this weekend if it can continue the same form. Some of the exhibitors said that only Mahesh Babu's charisma has saved the film and that is the only reason for this kind of huge collections.
