Customer care ... customer care is the most important thing ( its not as easy as u think ) .... and initial ga setup chesinappudu if ur customer care is really good that itlself provides a lot of marketing .... and em products ammali ankuntunnaru ? .. dont go for a ton of products , because if you are planning to hold the stock urself , it will be a big pain in the butt if they dont get sold ... go for a single product exclusively ( ex t-shirts , cosmetics , shoes etc ) ... after u gain some traction u can diversify into other products .. these are my 2cents .. will update if i recollect anything else
