( Likes of georgia tech , and arizona state university ..texas A & M ...winsconsin madison etc .... ?? ) Do you suggest he should take GRE and IELTS again ???? retake if wanna get into better universities.. Or 289 tho duniya universities vastaayi like UCM , New heaven and all... but again its upto you .. Small universities aina light anukunte.. apply cheseseyi with existing scores picha light..
