dotnetrockz Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 its not money or anything else....vadu antha kachithanga EB3 ani chepthunnadu ante that Job doesnt require a masters degree or more than 5 years of experience...so to avoid any rfe or audits they mentioned that they'll file only ibn EB3...at the end of teh day they are responsible for hiring a permanent employee......so if they tweak the jopb requirement to suit ur profile they might bein trouble....
