2) To be a leader u need to get hold of the party ppl, and look tht ur schemes r implemented perfectly, for this all the politicians like MLA'S, MP'S shd be under control....This was possible wit only one man YSR....u know pretty well abt the congress leaders they don care anyone, no one is there to question them too....in tht situatuion YSR got evrythg under control, u can see in last elections he gave chance to the new n young one's and after the victory he dint gave ministry to jerks like JC DIWAKAR.....So tht the other one's will be uner his hands n will listen to them...this is a must for any one who wants to develop things n requires a team effort not possible wit a single person.... cheers12w cheers12w
