dotnetrockz Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 I have my PERM approved and I-140 is in premium processing. Are there any general concerns if one changes jobs as soon as the I-140 is approved? Answer There is no concern connected to the timing of the change in relation to the I-140 approval. There are general risk factors to consider - like, what would happen if the employer revoked the I-140 and the new employment doesn't work out. But, otherwise, there is nothing that requires staying at the I-140 petitioning employer for any set amount of time.
