When NTR announced 2 Rs rice in 1983 and easily grabbed power, he was called GOD. (Akkadiki adhi vaadi baabu gaadi sommu laaga). Again in 1994, he was made GOD (by Yellow media). If the same thing is done by somebody else, then its fraud. If TDP does it, its called development even though most of the people benefitted by it are the likes of MuraliMohan, Ramoji, Narne etc. If the same is done by somebody else, its called scam.
